Smart POWER Vaccine® is a metaphoric expression for reliable power supply system which builds the tolerance to instantaneous blackout or voltage sag, considered as electrical virus, as stabilize the operation environment of automated equipment. No-battery instantaneous voltage compensator TSP® (The Second POWER) with 1-second power compensation function is a built-in standard technique which helps the automated equipment maintain the normal operation with its retained tolerance when instantaneous blackout or voltage sag occurs of less than 1 second.

Smart POWER Vaccine Engineering Solution

It is a program to improve one second power compensation function in utility equipment and high-tech automation production equipment including semiconductor, display, PCB, steel manufacturing, paper manufacturing, chemical, tire, automobile by letting each equipment have “Instantaneous power compensation power vaccine circuit” in the equipment itself, to prevent and compensate the accident.

Existing equipment and facilities apply and complement the most appropriate “Smart POWER Vaccine Circuit” through diagnose/measurement/analysis of the electrical features and the operational properties, and in the new equipment or facilities, it builds the system to prevent and compensate the fundamental accident by standardizing the application of this solution in design technique specification.

For example, we build the “instantaneous power compensation and prevention policies enforcement – Voltage Sag Compensation & Power Quality Standard” by designing and order the one second instantaneous power compensator standardization automation equipment and facilities and performing the voltage sag immunity test for facilities and equipment to be produced and delivered and operating when the equipment or facilities pass the test.
